MedEntry is delighted to announce that we have launched our brand new, state-of-the-art UCAT Abstract Reasoning skills trainer.

Our team of expert UCAT lecturers, tutors, and IT engineers have worked together to create this innovative trainer, which will help you practice your approach to UCAT Abstract Reasoning questions by identifying possible rules and distractors. This trainer provides unlimited practice for you to improve your UCAT Abstract Reasoning abilities.

How does the UCAT Abstract Reasoning trainer work?

Two Abstract Reasoning Sets (Set A and Set B) will be displayed, along with a series of questions:

When you open the Abstract Reasoning trainer, you will be able to choose between two modes:

  1. Training mode: two sets are displayed, alongside three questions, under timed conditions.
  2. Simulated mode: two sets are displayed for a period of time, then three questions are displayed under tougher time constraints. This simulates the recommended approach to answering UCAT Abstract Reasoning questions.

You can also choose:

  • How many shapes or components will appear in each box
  • How many boxes you would like (varying from 2 to 6)
  • How tough you would like the timing conditions to be

Once you click Start, the sets will be displayed:

Finally, after you have answered all of the questions (or the time limit has elapsed), detailed solutions will be displayed:

The UCAT Abstract Reasoning Skills trainer will continue to be improved and extended.

MedEntry now has six exclusive skills trainers, covering every UCAT cognitive subtest, to help our students gain an edge over other UCAT candidates. You will not find these innovative trainers on any other UCAT platform!

Just another way MedEntry uses innovative technology to help students prepare for UCAT in a fun, engaging and effective manner!
